Trademarks

Boomerang Projects supports several copyrighted curricula. Here is how we refer to them, and what that does (and does not) imply.

College Board: AP® and AP® Seminar

AP® and AP Seminar are trademarks registered by the College Board. Boomerang Projects uses these terms descriptively to identify the course this product is built to support — namely, the AP Seminar course offered by the College Board. We do not claim any affiliation with, endorsement by, or sponsorship from the College Board.

The College Board does not endorse and is not affiliated with this product. AP and AP Seminar trademarks remain the property of the College Board.

International Baccalaureate: IB® and the IB logo

IB® and the IB logo are trademarks of the International Baccalaureate Organization (IBO). Boomerang Projects uses these terms descriptively to identify the IB Diploma research workflows the product can support (Extended Essay, internal assessments, group projects). We do not claim any affiliation with, endorsement by, or sponsorship from the IBO.

Our marks

Boomerang Projects, the Boomerang Projects boomerang mark, and the Boomerang family wordmark are trademarks of the Boomerang Projects creator. Use of these marks outside of school adoption (for example, in a third-party blog post or LMS integration) is welcome with attribution; please email drew@boomerangclassroom.com for a brand kit.

Other trademarks

All other trademarks referenced on this site — including those of Google, Apple, Microsoft, Canvas, Schoology, Notion, and others — are the property of their respective owners. References to those products are descriptive (for example, to explain interoperability) and do not imply any endorsement or partnership.
